Shipping Policy

We know waiting for an order isn’t the fun part, so we do our best to get everything packed and on its way quickly and carefully.

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or especially busy periods, it may take a little longer — but we’ll always work to get your order out as soon as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Postal delays, customs processing, weather, and carrier issues can occasionally slow things down.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is included with your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t panic — carriers sometimes scan parcels late while they’re still moving through the network.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

We wish we could control these charges, but they’re set by local customs authorities and vary from place to place.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping it.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order seems unusually delayed, reach out and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

While we can’t guarantee carrier performance, we genuinely want you to receive your order safely and will always try to find a reasonable solution if something goes wrong.
